Terms of Use
Effective September 2, 2026

Welcome to SP-Association. These Terms of Use explain the terms that apply when you access our website, purchase or use an SP product, use our resources, or contact us.

♡ By using this website or purchasing an SP product, you agree to use the information and services provided responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
What SP-Association Provides

SP-Association provides practical budgeting guidance, savings ideas, household planning tools, resource information, and other educational content designed to help single parents better understand and organize their financial picture.

The SP Get Back on Track Plan uses information you enter to provide calculations, savings comparisons, recommendations, and suggested next steps based on the plan’s rules.

Educational & Informational Purposes

SP-Association is an educational and informational resource. Information provided through this website or an SP plan is not individualized financial, legal, tax, medical, credit, investment, or other licensed professional advice.

SP-Association is not a financial institution, government agency, law firm, emergency service, or licensed financial advisory service. You are responsible for deciding whether a recommendation is appropriate for your household and circumstances.

Results & Savings Estimates

Any savings amounts, spending targets, comparisons, or other results shown by an SP plan are estimates intended to help you evaluate possible opportunities.

Actual prices, expenses, eligibility, savings, benefits, and financial outcomes vary by household, location, provider, and individual circumstances. SP-Association does not guarantee that you will save a particular amount of money or achieve a particular financial result.

Purchases & Access

The SP Get Back on Track Plan is currently offered as a one-time purchase for $14.99. It is not presented as a recurring SP-Association subscription.

Our website platform may use words such as “Subscribe” as part of its checkout or access system. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, the SP Get Back on Track Plan price described above is a one-time purchase.

Payment processing and account-related access may be provided through third-party services, including WordPress.com and Stripe, and may also be subject to those providers’ applicable terms and policies.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of SP-Association products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a product you purchased or believe you were charged in error, please contact SP-Association so we can review and assist with the issue.

Outside Resources & Third-Party Websites

SP-Association may provide links, searches, comparisons, or information involving outside businesses, programs, government resources, or other third-party websites.

A reference to an outside resource does not guarantee its availability, pricing, eligibility requirements, services, accuracy, or results. Third-party websites and organizations operate independently from SP-Association and may have their own terms and policies.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter into an SP plan and for reviewing your results before making financial or household decisions.

You should independently confirm important prices, program requirements, eligibility rules, deadlines, and other information before relying on an outside resource or making a significant decision.

♡ Appropriate Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit intentionally harmful material, or use SP-Association services for unlawful purposes.

Content provided by SP-Association is intended for personal use unless permission for another use is provided.

SP Community Reviews

If you submit an SP Community Review, you are responsible for the content you provide. Reviews should reflect your own experience and should not include private, confidential, harmful, unlawful, or intentionally misleading information.

When you give SP-Association permission to display your review publicly, you allow SP-Association to publish the review using the name-display option you selected. SP-Association may choose whether to publish a submitted review and may decline or remove reviews that are inappropriate, unrelated, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Website Availability & Changes

We may update, change, add, or discontinue website features, resources, recommendations, products, or content as SP-Association develops.

We cannot guarantee that every feature or third-party resource will always be available or operate without interruption.

♡ Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated as SP-Association grows, products change, or website features are added. When these Terms are updated, the effective date shown at the top of this page may also be updated.
