01

Eligibility

SP Giveback is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entrants must be a parent or legal guardian currently raising at least one child.

Employees, contractors, or individuals directly involved in administering or selecting the recipient of the applicable SP Giveback, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.

The Giveback is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

02

How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter by completing and submitting the official SP Giveback entry form during the entry period listed in the Current Giveback section of these Official Rules.

Entry is free. No purchase, payment, donation, subscription, or use of a paid SP-Association product is required to enter.

Limit one entry per person for each Giveback period. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

03

Optional Story or Message

Entrants may be given the option to share information about themselves, their household, or why they would like to participate in the Giveback.

Providing a story or message is optional. The content, length, or circumstances described in an optional response will not increase or decrease an eligible entrant’s chances of selection.

04

Recipient Selection

After the applicable entry period closes, one potential recipient will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that Giveback period, unless the Current Giveback section expressly states otherwise.

The potential recipient must satisfy all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules before receiving the Giveback.

The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.

05

Recipient Notification

The potential recipient will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form.

The potential recipient should respond within 72 hours of the initial notification unless SP-Association provides a different response period in the notification.

SP-Association may request reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the Giveback.

If the potential recipient cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, cannot establish eligibility, declines the Giveback, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential recipient may be disqualified and an alternate potential recipient may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

06

Giveback Award

The award offered for each SP Giveback will be identified in the Current Giveback section of these Official Rules.

For the SP Christmas Giveback 2026, one eligible recipient will receive a Giveback with a value of $100.

The Giveback is not transferable to another individual by the selected recipient. For the SP Christmas Giveback 2026, the $100 Giveback will be delivered electronically through Zelle® to the verified recipient. SP-Association will coordinate payment details directly with the selected recipient after eligibility has been confirmed.

Any federal, state, or local tax obligations associated with receipt of a Giveback are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

07

Privacy & Optional Recognition

Information submitted through the Giveback entry form will be used to administer the Giveback, communicate with entrants when necessary, verify eligibility, and contact the selected recipient.

Entrants may be asked whether they would be comfortable allowing SP-Association to contact them about optionally sharing a first name, state, family photo, testimonial, or Giveback update if selected.

Agreeing to public recognition, a photograph, testimonial, or Giveback update is voluntary and will not affect an entrant’s chances of selection.

SP-Association will not publicly share a selected recipient’s family photograph solely because that person entered the Giveback. Any additional permission needed for public use will be requested separately.

08

Giveback Safety

SP-Association does not charge a fee to enter or to receive an SP Giveback.

SP-Association will never ask an entrant to pay money in order to receive the Giveback.

Do not provide a password, Social Security number, credit-card number, or online-banking login in an SP Giveback entry form.

If additional information is reasonably required to verify eligibility or deliver an award, the potential recipient will be told why the information is needed before providing it.

09

Entry Integrity & Disqualification

SP-Association reserves the right to disqualify an entry reasonably determined to contain false eligibility information, to have been submitted through manipulation or automated methods, to violate the one-entry limit, or to otherwise violate these Official Rules.

SP-Association may take reasonable steps to protect the integrity and fair administration of the Giveback.

10

Technical or Administrative Problems

SP-Association is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received because of internet, website, email, device, or other technical problems outside its reasonable control.

If circumstances outside SP-Association’s reasonable control materially affect the integrity or administration of a Giveback, SP-Association may suspend, modify, postpone, or cancel the affected Giveback as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

11

General Conditions

By submitting an entry, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and represent that the information provided for eligibility purposes is accurate.

Decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the Giveback will be made in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

12

Sponsor

SP Giveback is sponsored and administered by SP-Association.

SP Giveback is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social-media platform or other third party merely because the Giveback may be shared or promoted through that platform or service.
